1. Order Cancellation by Customer You may cancel your order under the following conditions:
a. Before Dispatch
Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.
Once canceled, prepaid order amounts will be refunded within 3–5 business days via the original payment method.
b. After Dispatch
Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible.
You may refuse the delivery, but shipping charges (if applicable) may be deducted from the refund.

2. How to Request Cancellation
To cancel your order:

Provide:
Order ID
Reason for cancellation
Our team will confirm whether your order is eligible for cancellation.
3. Cancellation by MS Ladies Bags
We reserve the right to cancel your order under the following circumstances:
Technical errors in pricing or product information
Payment verification failure
Stock unavailability
Suspicious or fraudulent activity
Delivery restrictions in your area
If we cancel the order:
You will be notified immediately
A full refund will be issued for any prepaid orders

5. Important Notes
Cancellation requests made after dispatch will not be accepted.
If a customer repeatedly cancels orders without valid reason, future orders may be restricted.
In cases where the product is already shipped, the customer may need to accept delivery and follow the Return Policy for further processing.
